Dan Esteban, PE Will Head Up the Firm’s Upstate Regional Office
COLUMBIA, SC – March 21, 2012 – Alliance Consulting Engineers, Inc., aColumbia, South Carolina based civil engineering firm, has opened anoffice in the Upstate Region that will be located in Greenville, SC.
The Upstate Regional Office of Alliance Consulting Engineers, Inc. isthe firm’s fourth location in the Southeast and third in South Carolina,joining Bluffton and Columbia, as well as Charlotte, North Carolina.
We want to expand our footprint in the Upstate region of South Carolinato better serve our existing clients along the I-85 corridor, saysDeepal Eliatamby, President of Alliance Consulting Engineers, Inc. Wealso see an opportunity to expand our services to new markets andpotentially new clients in parts of western North Carolina and northeastGeorgia.
The new office will be headed up by Dan Esteban, PE who joins AllianceConsulting Engineers as its Upstate Regional Office Manager. A graduateof the Citadel, Dan has over almost twenty years of experience in theconsulting engineering field including the Upstate region.

This past year, Alliance Consulting Engineers, Inc was chosen as theconsulting engineer for the new $500 million manufacturing plant forContinental Tire in Sumter, South Carolina as well as NephronPharmaceuticals’ manufacturing campus in Lexington, SC. Previously,Alliance has been engaged with numerous other marquee projects aroundSouth Carolina including QVC, Monster.com and Home Depot. In theUpstate, some of Alliance’s projects include the 2.1 million square footAdidas Distribution Center in Spartanburg, the 1.1 million square footDollar General Distribution Center and the Gestamp Manufacturingfacility in Union County, and projects in Cherokee, Laurens, Anderson,and Spartanburg counties.
