“The RBC Heritage is a true community event and revered as a holiday on Hilton Head Island,” said Steve Wilmot, tournament director of South Carolina’s only PGA TOUR event. “We want the world to know the importance of the RBC Heritage and this is a great way to share that message. This is just one more way we can give back to the community for the support and dedication shown for the tournament. It’s a win-win for us to showcase the 44th Annual RBC Heritage and give the greatest fans access to one of the best days on Hilton Head Island, Opening Ceremonies.”
