CHARLESTON, SC – February 27, 2012 – Grubb & Ellis / WRS is proud to announce that Charleston Trident Association of Realtors has awarded Michael J. Ferrer, CCIM their Realtor of Distinction Award.
Award recipients in commercial real estate must complete over $3,350,000 in volume, over 14 transactions, and 12 hours of continuing education.
Mike completed a total of 21 transactions, 19 leases/extensions and 2 sales during the year.
