Gilston Insurance Agency Adds Group Service Representative

CHARLESTON, SC – February 6, 2012 – Denny Moorer has joined The David M.Gilston Insurance Agency as group service representative. The Gilston Agency isa Charleston-based company that provides insurance services to individuals andbusinesses, in addition to supporting insurance brokers and agents across SouthCarolina.
Moorer, who will work in the Charleston office located Westof the Ashley, will assist clients on billing issues, processing claims andanswering benefit questions, as well as communicating with plan administrators,providers, insurance carriers and agents.
Prior to joining the Gilston Agency, Moorer was an operationsmanager at Blue Water Administration, Inc. She also served as the pensionadministrator at Brown Edwards and Associates in Charleston. Moorer is aRegistered Health Underwriter (RHU) and holds all necessary insurance andfinancial certificates. A native of Charleston, she now resides on James Islandwhere she is actively involved with her church, James Island Christian Church,and enjoys gardening and reading. Moorer is also a notary public for the stateof South Carolina.
