SCRA CEO Speaks at National Energy Marketers Association Meeting

CHARLESTON, SC – January 30, 2012 – SCRA CEO Bill Mahoney spoke this week at the National Energy Marketers (NEM) Association Executive Meeting in Charleston, SC. The annual winter executive committee and policy development meeting was held at the SCRA MUSC Innovation Center.
Mahoney served as a discussion leader during the technology issues session, which focused on implementing competitive smart-grid, demand response, efficiency and environmental related products and services.
“Our annual meeting was a resounding success and the SCRA MUSC Innovation Center was an excellent location for the event,” said NEM President Craig Goodman. “Bill does an excellent job as NEM’s National Chair for Advanced Energy and Environmental Technology Policy, and his work on Advanced Technology Policies will be very important over the coming year,” Goodman added.
“It was an honor to speak at this annual event,” said Mahoney. “We are thankful to be a part of the National Energy Marketers Association and benefit greatly from the opportunities they provide.
