LowcountryBizSC was honored to sit down with Anita Zucker, CEO of The InterTech Group of Companies based in North Charleston, South Carolina.
The company was started in 1982 by the late Jerry Zucker with the purchase of the local Raybestos Manhattan facility, and auto parts and advanced materials producer. After the passing of her husband, Anita has stepped into the leadership role of one of the largest privately-held corporations in the United States.
Ms. Zucker talks about everything from the company’s big economic development announcement this year to what defines this amazing company’s culture of giving back.
