CHARLESTON, SC – November 30, 2011 – NAI Avant’s Property Management and Brokerage division was awarded Office Leasing and Management services for the 57,482 square foot First Citizens Bank Office Building in North Charleston, SC. The building is located at 2170 Ashley Phosphate Road in North Charleston near Trident Technical College and the I-26 & Ashley Phosphate Road Interchange.

Scott Peevy, Property Manager, for NAI Avant will oversee Property Management duties and Thomas Otis, CCIM, Senior Broker, will handle leasing for the property.

Currently the building has approximately 20,948 square feet still available for lease.
