CHARLESTON, SC – November 15, 2011 – Thomas Boulware, VI, CCIM, and Dexter Rumsey, IV, both members of NAI Avant’s Senior Brokerage Team, recently leased approximately 21,000 square feet of warehouse space to UEC Electronics. The warehouse space is located at 2261 Technical Parkway in North Charleston, SC.
