Dow Davidson Joins Nelson Mullins in Charleston

CHARLESTON, SC – September 15, 2011 – Dow A. Davidson has joined Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough’s Charleston office as an associate. Mr. Davidson’s practice focuses on a broad range of business and commercial litigation, including complex commercial disputes, insurance matters, real estate litigation and contract disputes.
Prior to joining Nelson Mullins, Mr. Davidson was a litigation associate for a large law firm where he gained experience working with corporate clients on complex commercial and products liability matters, insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, and financial services matters, including trust and fraud cases.
Mr. Davidson earned his law degree, cum laude, in 2004 from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, where he served as managing editor of the Cumberland Law Review. Mr. Davidson earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Union University in 2000.
