PrimeSouth Leases 418 King Street Office Space to Speedwell Weather

CHARLESTON, SC – July 31, 2011 – Patrick Price of PrimeSouth Group announced that 418 King Street, Suite 202, will be the new U.S. office of Speedwell Weather, a U.K. based provider of historical weather data, data feeds, forecasts and software to energy and weather derivative markets. With their late Summer relocation from Alexandria, VA, Speedwell will increase its U.S. operations staff.
Speedwell Weather is a welcome addition to the Upper King neighborhood and Charleston community, said Price. This, in addition to other upcoming second and third floor office projects, will help create a healthy balance for King Street.
