Anne Rosen Joins Charleston Office; Expands Business Litigation Group

CHARLESTON, SC – September 20, 2010 – Nexsen Pruet is pleased to announce that Anne Ross Rosen has joined the firm as an associate.  She’ll practice in the Business Litigation Group out of Charleston.

Rosen’s arrival at Nexsen Pruet will reunite her with veteran litigator Marvin Infinger, who came to Nexsen Pruet earlier this month.  “Anne is a very bright and hard working lawyer,” said Infinger.  “I’m looking forward to working closely with her as we serve some of the best businesses operating today.”

Rosen’s law practice will focus in the areas of commercial litigation, corporate governance and compliance as well as appellate advocacy.

She earned her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Furman University and her law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law.  While is law school, she was articles editor for the Southeastern Environmental Law Journal.

After law school, Ms. Rosen Clerked for The Honorable E.C. Burnett III, Retired Justice of the South Carolina Supreme Court.
