MT. PLEASANT, SC – April 5, 2010 – Billy Connell recently passed the Architectural Registration Exam and is now a registered architect in the State of South Carolina. Billy has been with Stubbs Muldrow Herin architects for 6 years and is currently working on the St. Peters Church project in Mount Pleasant.
