15th Annual Columbia Remodelers Award winners announced
September 1, 2016The Columbia Remodelers Awards (CRAs) are presented by the Remodelers Council of the Building Industry Association of Central SC (BIA). It is the only remodeling awards program in the Midlands, and has been awarding quality remodeling for 15 years.
The CRAs are designed to showcase the craftsmanship of BIA Remodelers Council members and help homeowners better understand what can be done when they hire quality remodelers.
Five member companies entered 16 projects in 7 different categories this year. All of the entries were outstanding in their own right, and the clients were extremely pleased with the results. We have listed all 16 projects with before-and-after pictures on-line at www.ColumbiaRemodelers.com. Please visit the site to see them.

The BIA Remodelers Council is comprised of many great people representing a wide variety of companies. It’s a group with a big heart and they like to get out there and help in the community when possible. This year, members of the council worked together to help a family in need by remodeling a bathroom to help a young boy with special needs.
In recognition of their work, we presented a special CRA for Community Service to the members of the BIA Remodelers Council. Members involved in the project were Century Glass, Clark’s Pest Control, Creative Tile, Ferguson Enterprises, Great Southern Homes, Mr. Rooter Lexington/Columbia, Rytec Electric, STOCK Building Supply, The Wright Group, and Kehoe Constructors, LLC.
Special thanks to Columbia Metropolitan Magazine for sponsoring this awards program for the past 15 years. Winners can be seen in the current issue of the magazine.
