The Home Builders Association of Greenville has recognized industry excellence at its Fifth Annual Bridge Awards Gala presented by GBS Building Supply, held yesterday, April 26, at the TD Convention Center. The Bridge Awards Gala honors individuals and companies for their impact on the housing industry through superior craftsmanship and excellence in sales and marketing.
“Please join me in congratulating the best of the Upstate’s home building and remodeling professionals,” James Speer, President of the HBA of Greenville, said. “This year’s entries for the Bridge Awards set a high standard for our industry and we are proud of our outstanding members and their remarkable work.”

The Home Builders Association of Greenville was founded on January 16, 1960. The association was officially organized and chartered as an affiliate of the National Association of Home Builders on that date in 1960. The association was formed so home builders and other professionals in the home building industry could work together and cooperate in promoting the industry, new homes, home remodeling, repairs and improvements, and other areas of interest to the home building industry.
