Arnold Companies Announces Marina Bay – Lake Wylie

MT. HOLLY, NC – Arnold Companies announced the ground breaking of the new Marina Bay – Lake Wylie development located at 1000 Marina Village Drive in Mt. Holly, North Carolina. The acquisition and development of the 5.43 acres in the picturesque community of Mt. Holly will provide a resort-style residential community complimented by the existing 191-slip Tailrace Marina, plus a newly constructed restaurant on Lake Wylie. Their new restaurant on Lake Wylie will occupy approximately 4,000 SF, with an additional 1,218 SF exterior deck. With beautiful views of Lake Wylie and the Catawba River, the restaurant sits directly on the water with an indoor/outdoor bar, outdoor seating, and easy accessibility for both onsite and boat tie-up parking. J Peter’s is an exciting addition to Mt. Holly and the restaurant selections available to boaters on Lake Wylie. Their menu is truly something to get excited about, as it offers a wide range of options with starters, entrees and desserts such as BBQ Chicken Nachos, the House Burger, the Blackened Ahi Tuna Sandwich, an 8 oz. Filet Mignon, large entrée salads, their famous Honey-Butter Croissants, mouth watering desserts, and much more!

Marina Bay – Lake Wylie follows suit of the Arnold Companies’ first Marina Bay development located on Lake Murray in Irmo, SC. Construction broke ground on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 with work beginning on the installation of the new four-way stop signs at the development’s entrance. Shortly after the signs were installed, the site clearing, grading and utilities installation were underway. The site work will be complete by the end of this Summer, with foundation work starting on the restaurant and the apartments in the Fall. The new Marina Bay-Lake Wylie development is slated to be complete by mid-2016, with the new restaurant being completed and open for business in the Spring of 2016, and the luxury apartments open for occupancy in early Summer of 2016.
