CBRE arranges 4,095 SF lease in Columbia’s northeast submarket

Columbia’s Northeast Submarket welcomes a national non-for-profit agency Specialized Alternatives for Families and Youth (SAFY) of South Carolina, Inc. to provide community-based services and support to families and children in need. CBRE’s Marie Dieckmann represented SAFY in relocating to a 4,095 sq. ft. office space at 115 Atrium Way in Columbia, South Carolina.
SAFY serves the Columbia community by providing services for families and children who are at risk or have experienced trauma, including family preservation & reunification, therapeutic foster care, adoption services, older youth services and behavioral health therapy.
“The objective was to locate a building and space that would allow SAFY to better serve their clients both locally and across the state,” said Dieckmann. “I am excited we were able to find efficient and functional space that meet the organization’s short and long term needs so that they can focus on their mission of Preserving Families and Securing Futures.

SAFY is moving from the St. Andrew submarket to Northeast Submarket to improve their clients’ accessibility.
