CBRE to market 144 acres in Anderson County, SC, ideal for family estate or single family residential development

CBRE has been assigned to market 144 acres of land in Belton, South Carolina, located minutes from TL Hanna High School and downtown Anderson. The Smithfield Plantation property consists of mostly vacant land on Midway Road, between Highway 81, Highway 29, and Interstate 85. Zoned Residential-Agricultural in Anderson County, the site could be utilized for a large-lot single-family residential community, or possibly preserved as a farm and family estate. The property also includes a plantation home, which currently serves as a wedding and event venue.

CBRE’s Justin Hirsch represents the current owner, the Smith Family, while marketing the property for sale.
