ExceeD Real Estate School wins BEST Radio Advertisement at the REGAL Awards Gala for second year

ExceeD Real Estate School was the proud recipient of the 2018 BEST Radio Advertisement REGAL Award in the Associate category for its Concealed Weapons Permit commercial.
On Saturday, February 23rd 2019, 600 building industry professionals came together at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center to celebrate Real Estate’s Greatest Achievers and Leaders. The REGAL Awards Gala, presented by the Sales and Marketing Council of Greater Columbia, is a celebration given each year for the SMC Members by the SMC Members.
ExceeD Real Estate School began airing radio advertisements in 2017 on one of the Midlands most popular country music stations: 94.3 The Dude. The radio advertisement was accompanied with an article published online by The Dude’s corporate partner and online newspaper, ColaDaily.com.
“The REGAL radio advertisement submission was for our Concealed Weapons Permit class, offered periodically in Northeast Columbia and in Lexington” says ExceeD Real Estate School Chief Operations Officer Parris Claytor. “It is absolutely essential to educate our real estate professionals on the importance of legally carrying a weapon to stay protected, and the applicable state laws, most especially for those who are susceptible to dangerous predators by simply doing their jobs – showing homes.”
Claytor went on to thank ExceeD Real Estate School’s designated CWP Instructor, Stuart Amos, who works with the South Carolina Air National Guard.
