Greenville’s Chris King named new member at Nexsen Pruet

Chris King has been elected as a member (partner) of Nexsen Pruet as of January 1, 2016. King is a part of the Financial Services practice group. He assists with corporate transactions including the organization and formation of all types of business entities, purchase and sale of equity interest, and management of corporate governance. He represents lenders in the documentation, negotiation and closing of traditional, asset-closing and other forms of commercial loan transactions.
