Jennifer Harding named relocation director for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in the Carolinas

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has appointed Jennifer Harding, formerly with Russell & Jeffcoat, as the new relocation director for the Carolinas.
As the former relocation director of Russell & Jeffcoat in Columbia, she oversaw the brokerage’s relocation clients and military advantage program. Harding continues to be very involved in the community, particularly with organizations connected to economic development throughout the region.
Many of the organizations Harding is involved in, such as the Greater Columbia Chamber of Commerce’s public policy and military affairs committees, Central South Carolina Alliance, Society of Human Resources Management, Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, Youth Corps, Better Business Bureau, Central Carolina Realtor Association and the Building Industry Association, help keep Coldwell Banker locally connected. Prior to her real estate career, she was the vice president of advertising for The State newspaper and oversaw advertising campaigns for real estate companies in the Columbia market.

Former Relocation Manager Paul Dunkle is moving back into sales and will affiliate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage as an agent in Charleston.
“Paul wants to travel less and spend more time enjoying his hometown, so we thank him for his leadership and for heading up the relocation business. He has done an exceptional job — we won the Platinum designation in all of our regions this year, which is a huge accomplishment,” said Bennett.
