Lakeside Lodge Clemson adds Michael Thacker to sales team

Lakeside Lodge Clemson recently added Michael Thacker to its sales team. Thacker will work alongside Tajh Boyd and Russell Mudge in the sales office located at 906 Tiger Blvd. in Clemson.

Thacker brings more than 20 years of sales experience to Lakeside Lodge Clemson. Throughout his career he has worked across the globe selling everything from software applications, luxury real estate in the Caribbean to injection mold tooling in Asia. Thacker lives in his hometown of Greenville with his wife and two children.

Lakeside Lodge Clemson is Clemson’s first luxury condo hotel. The project will feature 118 residences with a mix of studio, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom condos on Lake Hartwell. Amenities will include food and beverage service, a pool and hot tub, walking paths, fire pit, football field, outdoor tailgating areas, meeting space, a signature restaurant and fitness facilities. The condo hotel will offer modified hotel services such as housekeeping and maintenance, so owners can enjoy time at their residence without the hassle of upkeep. Additionally, owners will have the option of generating income by utilizing the resort’s professionally managed short-term rental program to lease their units for the night, weekend or weeks at a time.
