LS3P welcomes Joshua Rowell

LS3P welcomes Joshua Rowell, who joins the firm’s Charleston office. Rowell earned a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture with a Sustainability Minor from Clemson University. Most recently, Joshua gained experience working as a summer intern for an international Architecture, Engineering, Environmental and Planning firm.
