Michael Dawson named Broker-in-Charge of C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS new Spartanburg office

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS announced that Michael Dawson has been named Broker-in-Charge of the company’s newest office in Spartanburg. The new location expands the company’s office count to ten and will better serve the needs of the company’s clients in and around the Spartanburg area. The office is located at 170-A Camelot Drive.
Dawson began his career in real estate in 2002 and quickly worked to earn the professional designations of Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). He obtained his Broker’s license in 2005.
In the years since, Dawson has been actively involved with the Spartanburg Association of REALTORS, serving on many committees including the MLS, Executive and Grievance Professional Standards Committees. In 2012, Dawson had the privilege of serving as the Spartanburg Association President. In 2014, he earned the honor of being selected as the Association’s REALTOR of the Year. At the state level, he has served as Regional Vice President for the South Carolina Association of REALTORS and currently serves on the Professional Standards Committee.
