Miller-Valentine Group breaks ground on 2nd building at Atlas Commerce Center in Palmetto Commerce Park

A second, 67,500 SF speculative warehouse building is now under construction within the Atlas Commerce Center’s multi-phased development located in Palmetto Commerce Park, the premier industrial park in the Greater Charleston, SC region. The facility is geared towards smaller tenants looking for Class “A” industrial space, set to be subdivided into minimum 7,500 SF users. Construction of the facility will be complete by the end of 2016.

With little space available in the first building, the leasing of space in the 2nd facility is expected to yield the same results.
Palmetto Commerce Park is the home to companies such as Daimler, Boeing, Cummings, Lineage Logistics, TIGHITCO, and Venture Aerobearings.
