Mixed-use development coming to Cottontown

NOMA Station, a new mixed-use development is coming to the historic Cottontown neighborhood in Columbia at the corner of Main Street and Confederate Avenue. A new single-story shell structure designed by Studio 2LR will offer two lease spaces with over 2,500 SF of total lease space. The project will feature two storefronts facing Main Street, on-site parking, and an outdoor amenity area.

“We are excited about the opportunity to build on the momentum of attracting new growth to the North Main corridor”, says owner Tripp Riley. The project is set to begin construction in spring 2019 with an anticipated completion of the shell building in late summer/early fall 2019.
