Multiple Listing Service of Hilton Head Island Chief Executive Officer completes Disney Institute leadership course

Multiple Listing Service of Hilton Head Island (HHIMLS) Chief Executive Officer Colette Stevenson completed the Disney Institute course in Quality Service.
Stevenson leads HHIMLS, the service that facilitates property transactions over $3.5 billion annually. She is one of a few select multiple listing service leaders from around the country who have completed the highest MLS training, CMLX3. The CMLX3 graduates were invited to take the class together.
The Disney Institute encourages enrollees to adapt Disney business insights to assess and improve their own organizations. They learn to:
- Align personal and organizational values to support the organization’s vision.
- Understand a leader’s values-infused role in built-in culture and team support.
- Determine how they can differentiate your service to become a provider of choice.
- Design quality service standards to create a consistent service experience.
- Use tools to gauge the needs, wants, stereotypes and emotions of individual customers
- Develop a culture that consistently delivers exceptional service.
- Turn failures into opportunities to strengthen customer relationships.
“It really drove home that the experience you provide for your employees and customers starts in-house.
