NAI Avant completes $22,271,000 of medical office investment sales and leases

Dail Longaker, Jr., Director of Investment Services for NAI Avant, has recently completed the $9,500,000 investment sale of the Columbia Nephrology medical office building located at 121 Park Central Drive in Columbia, SC. The 31,697 square foot, Class A medical office building was 100% occupied by Columbia Nephrology Associates, Fresenius Medical Care and Fresenius Vascular Care.

Mr. Longaker also recently completed the $5,150,000 sale-leaseback of a private medical practice’s 16,444 square foot office building in Florence, SC, the $900,000 sale of a 6,588 square foot medical office building in Camden, SC leased to an affiliate of Life Point Health and the renewal of a 61,645 square foot medical office lease valued at $6,725,000 in Columbia, SC.
