NAI Avant consummates downtown office sale

NAI Avant senior brokers Paul Hartley, SIOR and Roger Winn, SIOR, with assistance from broker Paul Paschal, recently facilitated the sale of a ±2,344 square foot office building located at 1905 Gadsden Street in downtown Columbia.
NAI Avant represented the seller, Consolidated Multiple Listing Service. 2126 Devine Properties purchased the building.
The one-story brick building sits on ±.25 acres with a reception area, private offices, a large conference room, and ample parking. It is located in the desirable Arsenal Hill neighborhood with convenient access to I-26, The Vista, and the Central Business District.
