NAI Avant senior brokers Roger Winn, SIOR and Paul Hartley, SIOR, along with broker Paul Paschal, represented the landlord, 655 Shrewsbury Partners LLC, in the lease transaction at 200 Center Point Circle in Columbia. Known as the Berkeley Building, the American Cancer Society, Inc will occupy ±4,112 square feet (SF) of space on the first floor of the ±73,906 SF Class A office building.
The American Cancer Society is relocating from their office located at 128 Stonemark Lane in Columbia.
The Berkeley Building is comprised of three floors and contains high quality amenities such as 24-hour availability, on-site management, two elevators, a security system in place, conference facility, open atrium, signage, and a beautified landscape with a pond and walking trail.
