NAI Avant announced WESCO Distribution, Inc. signed a long-term lease extension at Binswanger Airport, located at 100 Branch Road in West Columbia, SC. WESCO will occupy ±20,000 square feet of industrial space. Senior broker Macon Lovelace, SIOR represented the landlord, Edens Airport Glass Partners 89, in the transaction.
