NAI Charleston welcomes research expert, Jim Frazier, to the brokerage team

NAI Charleston announced that Jim Frazier has joined the team as an Associate. Frazier has earned a strong industry background in market research, having tracked key market statistics of over 150 million square feet of commercial space across South Carolina, producing analysis as well as developing new business for CBRE. He also worked at CoStar Group in Washington D.C., where he managed a portfolio of over 9,000 properties and provided research, analysis and news content. Most recently Frazier worked locally for a commercial real estate developer and investor, primarily focusing on identifying new multifamily and self-storage acquisition opportunities.
