RealOp Investments welcomes Julian Nexsen as acquisitions manager

GREENVILLE, SC – RealOp Investments, a Greenville-based commercial real estate investment firm, recently hired Julian Nexsen as acquisitions manager for the Southeast. Nexsen’s responsibilities include sourcing and evaluating prospective opportunities in accordance with the company’s criteria and within the target markets, overseeing the acquisition process, preparing market analyses and underwriting potential investment opportunities in the region.
Most recently, Nexsen was a financial analyst with RCG Ventures in Atlanta. In this role, he maintained internal financial tracking and valuation models for all RCG owned properties, including generating relevant financial returns and final payoff scenarios for joint ventures, managed all new acquisition financial underwriting and carried out monthly financial rollup for five pools of assets, tracked each asset pool’s IRR, Multiple of Capital, as well as individual investor returns.

Nexsen is a graduate of the University of South Carolina where he earned a degree in finance and marketing. He also holds a Masters in Real Estate Development from Clemson University. Nexsen is an active member of Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
