Recruiting Solutions hires four at the VIRTUAL BOA

Recruiting Solutions announced the addition of four new employees to the company’s VIRTUAL BOA location in Columbia, South Carolina.
Amber Lynch has been named Recruiting Coordinator for the VIRTUAL BOA’s government services sector. Amber brings over eight years of recruiting and HR experience from multiple industries. She has degrees in French and Economics from USC, Paris-Sorbonne University and the American Business School of Paris.
Kerry McGregor has joined as Payroll Specialist and will be administering payroll for the VIRTUAL BOA’s on-site workforce. Most recently, Kerry was the Operations Manager over Payroll and Benefits where she managed the processing of over 85,000 W2s in payroll. Kerry has worked in payroll, human resources and benefits for over 20 years and has BS degrees in business and management as well as an MBA from USC. She holds certifications for Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), Professional Human Resources (PHR), and as a Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
Sarah Pavel has started with VIRTUAL BOA as a Compliance Specialist. In this role, she helps manage employee onboarding and compliance. Sarah recently relocated to Columbia from Ohio, where she served as an Operations Specialist for Chase Bank.
Elisabeth Queen is serving the VIRTUAL BOA as an HR Generalist and will provide support to the HR Director. Elisabeth brings 13 years of HR experience and professional knowledge to this role, most recently as an HR Specialist at DHEC and the Office of the Adjutant General.
