Richland County Bar Association announces 2019 Leadership

The Richland County Bar Association (RCBA) has announced its new leadership for 2019 following formal confirmation at the association’s December 2018 meeting. The RCBA is one of the largest county bars in South Carolina, serving nearly 2,000 attorneys living and working in Richland County. Kristen E. Horne, Unum Group will serve as the RCBA’s president. Joining Horne as officers on the RCBA Executive Committee will be Charles F. Moore, Turner Padget Graham and Laney P.A. as president-elect, and Michael J. Polk, Belser & Belser P.A. as secretary–treasurer.
Returning members of the Executive Committee are Ashley C. Story, White & Story L.L.C.; Walter H. Cartin, Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP; and immediate past president, John F. McKenzie, McDonald, McKenzie, Rubin, Miller & Lybrand, L.L.P. who was honored for his outstanding board service. S. Harrison Saunders, VI, was elected as the newest member of the Executive Committee at the annual meeting.
