Smith Moore Leatherwood adds Molly H. Cash to Greenville office
September 26, 2018Smith Moore Leatherwood LLP is pleased to announce that attorney Molly H. Cash has joined the firm’s Greenville office as a member of its Real Estate and Business Groups.
Cash focuses her practice on commercial real estate, representing parties in various real estate transactions. In addition, she also handles business and corporate law matters such as mergers, acquisitions and corporate finance. Prior to joining Smith Moore Leatherwood, she clerked for the Honorable A. Marvin Quattlebaum, Jr., U.S. District Court Judge for the District of South Carolina, and the Honorable Letitia H. Verdin, South Carolina Circuit Court Judge.
Cash graduated from Clemson University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in applied economics and statistics, magna cum laude. She was also a member of Clemson University’s Division 1 Track and Field Team. Cash went on to earn her juris doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law. During law school, she was editor in chief of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law.
Cash is admitted to the South Carolina bar and serves on the board of directors of the Greenville Bar Pro Bono Foundation.
