The Honor Project will host its third annual charitable golf tournament Monday, September 11, to equally benefit local first responders, including, South Carolina EMS Memorial Bike Ride, Columbia Police Foundation and Columbia Fire Families.

The tournament will be held at Cobblestone Park Golf Club, located in Blythewood, South Carolina. Registration will begin at 8:00 a.m., followed by a Captain’s Choice shotgun start at 9:30 a.m.

Participants will enjoy lunch; entertainment by long drive professionals, Jeff Crittenden and Bradley Trogdon; charity golf guns; hole-in-one opportunities; games and giveaways. Following the tournament, there will be a live and silent auction, raffles and an awards ceremony.

“I am so pleased that we are approaching our third annual WildMayhem charitable golf tournament,” said Parris Claytor, Executive Director of The Honor Project. “Thanks to the generosity of our friends, family, clients and industry partners, we are able to make a significant difference for the designated charities of our local first responders.”

In addition, Parris shared her excitement to have the opportunity to cross promote the tournament with a music concert this year.

For the first-time, the tournament will be paired with a WildMayhem music concert. Behind the Sun, a tribute to the Red Hot Chili Peppers, will perform at the Music Farm Columbia, located at 1022 Senate Street on Monday, September 11. The doors open at 7:00 p.m. and the show starts at 8:00 p.m. The concert is 18+ and open to the public. Tickets can be purchased online for $13.00 at http://www.musicfarm.com/event/1550687-wildmayhem-concert-ft-behind-columbia/ or at the door for $15.00.
