Columbia’s Largest Open House of New Homes is the 2017 TOUR OF HOMES this June 10 -11, 17-18 & 24-25 from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays and from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sundays. The annual scattered-site showing will showcase four new home communities, three apartment communities and thirty nine new homes for your inspection.
The TOUR OF HOMES gives the public the opportunity to see the best new home communities and homes in every price range. Columbia’s finest builders and developers will show you their innovative ideas, special design features, dynamic floor plans and fine craftsmanship.
