Wallick Investments and Hobbs Group Advisors hosts private tour of Henri Matisse exhibition

December 21, 2017

Nationally-ranked Wallick Investments, LLC with Hobbs Group Advisors hosted a private tour of “Henri Matisse: Jazz & Poetry on Paper” followed by the “Rhythm and Rhyme of Investing” at the Columbia Museum of Art Monday, December 11, 2017. The mid-twentieth century artist, Henri Matisse, achieved fame by heralding the Fauvist movement. “Jazz & Poetry” is a celebration of Matisse’s work later in life, notably streamlined and simplified in palette. Matisse’s post-Fauvist endeavors were an appropriate backdrop for presentations about the importance of financial planning by Hobbs Advisory Group and how experts in the field are essential for bringing order to an often complex subject. Wallick Investments’ message was much the same. There are many intricacies to investing. Since 2015, Factor-based investing has gained significant popularity, but Wallick Investments’ has used Factor-based processes since its inception in 2005.

The Hobbs Advisory Group co-sponsored the evening of wine, hors d’oeuvres and presentations for over 25 guests. Peter Pigeon, Chief Operating Officer with Hobbs Group, presented with Wallick Investments in the museum’s Orientation Gallery, which is adorned with a vibrant ceiling to floor artistic theme of the Trompe L’oeil by well-known local artist Christian Thee.
