Ziff Properties acquires Starpoint Storage – Chapel Hill, NC

Ziff Properties, Inc. today announced the acquisition of Starpoint Storage, a multi-use storage and warehousing facility located in Chapel Hill, NC. The existing 83,000-square-foot complex is comprised of 8 single and multi-level buildings. Ziff plans to convert all non-storage buildings to climate and non-climate controlled self-storage. Ziff Properties will also build a small office building on a prominent outparcel that was included in the sale. ExtraSpace Storage will manage the renovated self-storage asset. Richard Amon of Colliers International facilitated the transaction.
