• Tommy Tapp, CPM represented T&Z Associates in the lease of a 9,740-square-foot Save A Lot Center at 6012 N. Main Street to Variety Wholesalers Inc.
• Tommy Tapp, CPM represented Heathwood Rental Company, LLC in the lease renewal of 4,036 square feet of retail space at 2841 Millwood Avenue to Millcreek Pet Food Center.
• Tommy Tapp, CPM represented Uptown Properties, LLC in the lease of a 21,580-square-foot office suite at 2015 Marion Street to Clear Dot Charter School.

Greenville, SC

• Frank Hammond, CCIM, CPM represented Pavilion Development Company in the purchase of 1.94 acres at 1210 W. Wade Hampton Boulevard in Greer for $1.35 million.
• Lance Byars and Scott Burgess represented Doolittle Gallery LLC in the lease of 3,534 square feet at the Gallery on Haywood Road to Dogtopia.

Spartanburg, SC

• Garrett Scott, SIOR, John Montgomery, Brockton Hall and Ralph Settle represented Naval Yards, LLC in the sale of 10,000 square feet of office space at 1320 Howell Road in Duncan to Tindall Corporation.
