The office has undergone an upfit that includes granite countertops, maple wood flooring, carpeting and vinyl flooring in the bathroom and kitchen areas. The building also includes a Honeywell touch system with video surveillance via a mobile app. Additionally, the water heater, exterior lighting, alarm and entry doors can be controlled electronically from a mobile app.
