Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announced the sale of 155 E. Church Street in Cowpens, South Carolina, which is part of the Spartanburg submarket.
CHS Real Estate, LLC purchased the 50,000 square foot industrial property situated on 3.64 acres from RDI-USA, Inc. for $425,000 for their use.
Brian J. Young, CCIM, SIOR and Kyle Berdugo of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the seller.
