Matt Pickard joins Colliers International in Charleston as industrial and office specialist

Matt Pickard, an experienced commercial real estate broker with industrial and office expertise, has joined Colliers International | South Carolina in the Charleston, SC, office. Pickard brings extensive local knowledge and relationships with him as he joins a growing brokerage team in Charleston that includes Market President Jim Garrett, Vice President Mark Erickson and office specialist Kristie Roe.

A graduate of Auburn University, Pickard began in career in commercial real estate at a development and investment firm before transitioning into brokerage. He has experience representing both tenants and landlords for industrial and office properties in the Charleston market, with clients ranging from financial services to environmental firms, large-scale distributors to manufacturers, and county governments.
An active member of the community, Pickard is involved with the Charleston Young Professionals, the Charleston Chamber of Commerce and the Charleston Preservation Society.
