COLUMBIA, SC, April 15, 2019– Cohn Construction Services has completed the construction of CubeSmart Self-Storage on Old Cherokee Road in Lexington, SC.
The four-story 75,500 square foot self-storage facility located at 1120 Old Cherokee Road in Lexington, SC.
The building contains 409 climate-controlled storage rooms, two large elevators, two multipurpose bathrooms, and a business lobby. The lobby features modern finishes and an open grid ceiling. The open grid ceiling exposes structural steel and ductwork, all painted in order to achieve one cohesive and uniform look.
Cohn Corporation developed, designed, constructed and continues to manage the facility. CubeSmart Self Storage will run operations and rentals for this property.
