Colliers International | South Carolina and LCK’s Charleston office moves to new location to accommodate growing team

Colliers International and LCK’s Charleston office is moving to 40 Calhoun Street to allow for more space for the expanding group of commercial real estate professionals.
The Colliers International and LCK office in Charleston has a new location as of May 3, 2019. Jim Garrett, Colliers International’s Market President in Charleston, has been responsible for the recent growth of the office’s full-service commercial real estate team and is planning for continued growth in the near future.
“40 Calhoun Street is an ideal location for our staff to effectively serve our clients and we look forward to the continued growth of our team in all facets of our commercial real estate and project management business,” said Garrett.
Recent additions to the Colliers brokerage staff include Patrick Nealon, Alex Irwin and Ian Webster.
“The move to our new office and the announcement of our three new team members is symbolic of the headway we are making in the Charleston market”, said Garrett. “We look forward to continued announcements in the coming months and the additional services we will be able to provide to our clients and future clients in Charleston.”
