Turner Padget adds Workers’ Compensation attorney in Greenville

Turner Padget announces the addition of Alan G. Jones as a Greenville- based associate in the firm’s Litigation and Workers’ Compensation Practices.

Jones represents insurance carriers, insureds and employers as part of a broad-based litigation practice involving general litigation, workers’ compensation, insurance coverage and appellate practice. As part of his general litigation practice, he has represented defendants in cases involving personal injury, directors’ and officers’ liability, construction defects and liquor liability.

He has written numerous coverage opinions and represented insurance carriers in declaratory judgments involving Commercial General Liability, Directors and Officers, Homeowners’ and other insurance policies. Coverage analysis on these matters have involved underlying cases related to construction defect, prescription drug liability, personal injury and professional liability, among others.

Jones is a member of the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys’ Association. He received his undergraduate degree from Clemson University and his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law.
