Sylvan Learning Center of Columbia announces July Summer Camps

Sylvan Learning Center of Columbia will be hosting four camps this July aimed at students looking to boost their math and study skills.
The camps are as follows:
• Fit for Algebra I: Get kids in tip-top shape for algebra, using an engaging mix of activities to ensure math muscles are strong and fit. July 15 through July 18, 1 p.m. through 3 p.m.
• Math Camp: Addition & Subtraction: Focus on basic addition and subtraction skills while increasing accuracy and speed. July 8 through July 11, 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
• Study Skills Camp: Students learn critical time management, organization, and goal-setting skills to help support their learning preferences. They’ll learn strategies and set goals to help start the school year with confidence. July 15 through July 18, 4:30 p.m. through 6:30 p.m.
• Math Camp: Multiplication & Division: A fun approach for children to improve understanding of basic multiplication and division facts, while increasing speed and accuracy. July 22 through July 25, 4:30 p.m. through 6:30 p.m.
