Columbia, SC

• Tommy Tapp, CPM represented Bingham Properties, LLC in the lease renewal for SC Association of Certified Public Accountants at Brookland Place, 1300 12th Street in Cayce.
• Chuck Salley, SIOR, Dave Mathews, SIOR and Thomas Beard represented Reger Holdings LLC in the lease of 117,865 square feet of industrial space for OMSK Carbon Group Canada at 227 Browntown Road in Bishopville.

Greenville, SC

• Scott Burgess, Lance Byars and Hector Mendoza represented Anderson Retail Management LLC in the lease of 1,886 square feet of retail space to Check n Go at 3433 Clemson Boulevard in Anderson.
