Colliers International secures 40,000-square-foot lease at 103 Vantage Point Drive in West Columbia

Chuck Salley, SIOR, Dave Mathews, SIOR and Thomas Beard represented Brennan Investment Group in the leasing of their 40,000-square-foot warehouse at 103 Vantage Point Drive to Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough.

103 Vantage Point drive is a free-standing warehouse located off I-77 and I-26 in West Columbia, featuring an ESFR sprinkler system, LED lighting, fiber optic communications, a large office, ample loading docks and trailer parking.
