Spartanburg Water customer rates unaffected by passing of 2020 budget

July 25, 2019

With the passage of the recent 2020 Fiscal Year Budget by members of both the Commission of Public Works of the City of Spartanburg and Spartanburg Sanitary Sewer District on June 25, 2019, Spartanburg Water is proud to share that our customers will not see a rate increase to their monthly water or sewer bills.

Spartanburg Water remains committed to supplying quality water and wastewater services to the community, and we strive to maintain affordable rates for our customers.

The Fiscal Year 2020 approved budget reflects a strategic focus on maintaining this commitment to water quality and addressing aging infrastructure.

We thank our customers for their ongoing support, and look forward to continuing to provide these vital services to Spartanburg County and the surrounding area.
